Trina is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 16 years of healthcare experience, including extensive experience in fast-paced Emergency Room settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with honors and has cared for patients across a wide range of specialties, including Urgent Care, Medical-Surgical, Emergency Medicine, Pediatric Emergency Care, and Women’s & Children’s Services.
Throughout her career, Trina developed a passion for helping people feel their best through convenient, personalized care that fits into today’s busy lifestyles.
“Time and time again, I saw patients leave the hospital feeling refreshed and restored, and I wanted to create a more relaxing and convenient way for people to experience that same sense of wellness,” Trina shares.
That vision inspired the creation of NurseBar, initially focused on bringing IV hydration and vitamin injectable therapies directly to clients in the comfort of their home, hotel, office, or spa setting. What began as an IV hydration business has since blossomed into a comprehensive wellness practice dedicated to helping clients look, feel, and perform at their best.
As NurseBar has grown, so has Trina’s vision for personalized wellness. Today, NurseBar offers an expanding range of services, including IV hydration and nutrient therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), medical weight management, vitamin injections, and aesthetic treatments.
Trina believes that wellness is not one-size-fits-all. Every individual has unique goals, needs, and experiences, and her approach is centered around listening to each client, understanding their goals, and creating personalized plans that support their overall well-being.
