Develop an individualized plan based on your needs and treatment goals

Hormone therapy is not appropriate for everyone. Treatment recommendations are individualized and may require laboratory evaluation and medical clearance before therapy is initiated.

Personalized Weight Management Evaluation — $150

Your weight-management journey should be about more than a number on the scale. Our initial consultation takes a personalized, medical approach to understanding your health, goals, lifestyle, and factors that may be affecting your weight.

During your consultation, we will:

Review your health history, medications, lifestyle, and weight-management goals

Discuss nutrition, activity, sleep, and other factors that may influence weight

Review appropriate laboratory testing when indicated

Discuss available medical weight-management options

Determine whether prescription weight-management medication may be appropriate

Develop an individualized plan based on your goals and medical needs

Establish a plan for ongoing monitoring and follow-up

Prescription medications are not appropriate for everyone and are prescribed only when medically indicated. Treatment recommendations are individualized based on your health history, clinical evaluation, and treatment goals.
